All bodies have a story to tell.  Sometimes the mind is singing a different tune.  As an integrative therapist I listen to both sides and try to offer treatment to satisfy both mind and body.   

I have always been in the business of service.  I originally left highschool a year early to go to Johnson and Wales University where I achieved an AAS in Culinary Arts.  I worked in the kitchen for a short time but quickly moved to the front of the house, where the people are! After my first trip to Thailand, I decided to go back to school for skincare then nails and finally massage.  

In 2011 Thailand was calling to me and I returned to pursue my 200 hour yoga certification.  I worked in The Spa at the Manadrin Oriental Boston since it opened in 2008 until 2016 when I decided to give my full attention to HandS Bodywork.  I also guide yoga classes at Be. In Union Yoga in Union Square, Somerville and Centre Yoga in Lynnfield and Woburn.

I love being involved in the healing of body, mind and spirit through bodywork and skincare.  I feel it is so important to take care of ourselves so that we are better equipped to help others.  It is my goal to change the idea of massage as a luxury to a source for dis-ease prevention through regular sessions.
